The Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) at the College of DuPage (COD) is focused on assisting businesses in
governmental contracting. All levels of contracting assistance are offered (local, state, federal). Through grant funding

Governmental Registrations
Advise clients through all steps needed as required by Illinois and federal government to be a considered vendor.
Certifications
WBE, MBE, 8(a), HUBZone, DBE, VOSB, SDVOSB – we assist those clients that are eligible to get certified.
Supply appropriate paperwork and guidance of completion
Soft review prior to submitting for formal evaluation
Pre-Contract Assistance Solicitation/RFP review and analysis Proposal assistance – recommendations for approach GSA Schedules – we assist our clients in identifying appropriateness, specific schedule and submitting proposal to be awarded a GSA Schedule contract
