First step in process is to either Scan or Import a document

As the new batch is created the document appears in the image
viewer panel

Multiple documents can be scanned, group and separated
during the optional classification step

Index values can then be applied to the document.
Optional barcode recognition and database lookup can also be
utilized to automate the indexing process.
Once indexing is complete the file is released to document
repository.
