Boot SpaceHonda Tourer
Honda wanted to show how huge the Honda Civic Tourer's trunk is, so they filed it up with crazy stuff including people and their business services.
In order to carry out the stunt they need to rent the Tourer and hand it back to Israeli parking lot security and sales staff.
Let’s just say the next time someone requests extra boot space, there will only be one recommendation.
Proud Sponsors of DreamsPlan Finland – International Development Organisation
Another example from the Plan organisation this week, this time from Finland. Taking over digital 6 sheets in a Helsinki shopping centre, Plan wanted to reward those made donations by making them part of the advertising campaign.
Plan asked children in developing countries what their dreams were and placed their responses on the 6-sheet, when a donation was made a camera was activated taking a photo of the donor. That photo was integrated into the 6sheet and displayed throughout the mall.
Polo TagVW
The campaign was based on the popular game of laser tag and its aim was to promote the new Polo vehicle. It was conceived and realised by Ogilvy Cape Town.
Participants were asked to spot the new Polo around a specified route and tag it on Twitter using the hashtag #PoloTag. Users who successfully tagged the car would win a test drive.
The Silent CouplePhillips
A charity awareness ad from Phillips in India, it delivers an important message an unexpected way. Which we won’t spoil here…
The video has gained good traction on YouTube generating over 150,000 views in 4 days.
Dressing up for HalloweenMini Cooper
Min Cooper ran a simple print ad a few days back for Halloween, dressing the Mini Cooper up as a ghost.
Following on from that they have now taken this one step further and ran with an on-street activation using Mini Cooper car covers. This meant every car could dress as a Mini Cooper with the tagline “Even your car is dressing up as something hot”.
