Q & AQ1: Is it possible to use the IG502 without a cloud?
A: Yes, you can use it just locally.
Q2: Is there a way to visualize data in a gauge or meter image? Such as pump temperature or pressure gauge?
A: The IG502 itself cannot be connected to an HMI or meter, but you can view the data through the web (see below).

A: Yes, you can refer to the manual from our website: http://app.ig.inhandnetworks.com/en/latest/.
Q4: What about installing a local database (or other custom software) in the InHand 502 Gateway? Which device do you suggest for it? Also for Machine Learning interface at the edge, thank you.
A: The IG502 supports local database and light Python-based database. The most ideal device for such application is the edge computer which will be released in Q4. Currently for this scenario, we suggest you use the IG902 which offers Docker.
Q5: For an IO example can there be a visual or written validation? For example a gate allowing home owners into community is up or down?
A: Yes.
Q6: Does IG502 have voice capability?
A: No, it does not.

A: Yes, you can use our Device Manager and InConnect Service.
Q8: Does it support remote reset?
A: Yes.
Q9: Does the IG502 allows different users login?
A: Yes, it does.
Q10: Does the IG902-H is available for the Europe market?
A: Yes.
Q11: Is it possible to introduce in IG502 and IG902 the possibility to send SMS on MODBUS read? Same as IR900. A lot of requests on this feature.
A: Yes, we’ve noticed the need and are working on development of such features.

Q & AQ12: Does the IG502 support C or C++?
A: No, it only supports Python. If you wish to use other programming languages, you may consider the IG902 which supports Docker container.
Q13: Does the IG502 come with DIN rail as standard?
A: Yes, DIN rail is standard.
Q14: Can we use the IG502 for private clouds other than AWS?
A: Yes, the IG502 can communicate to private clouds via MQTT, TCP, etc.
