We pray this letter gets you while you are in good health and strong iman. Once again this year on behalf of the Muslim Ummah of Malawi I write to express their gratitudes for your kind gesture for the donation you did for providing food for them which made it possible for various people to observe this years Ramadhan , these people included the following: Orphans of Shukran Orphanage Centre which is situated at Mubarak Comlex in Zomba District, New Converts who have just embraced Islam and the Community around our Centre in Zomba,and 5 Mosques which are around Zomba City in all these 7 places we were providing them with Al-‐futoor after every Maghrieb Swallat , and Supper after Taraweeh Prayers and in between Maghrieb and Isha Swallat there were dawah programmes which were being done by well kown sheikhs. Lectures on various topics on islam were covered during this period of fasting. The breaking of fasting at one place among the muslims like what has been happening on these places where al –futoor were being done had strengthned the spirit of sharing food among one another, it has also shown the brotherhood which exits in islam that brothers beyond the boarders of Malawi are able to feed the needy ummah of Malawi only for the sake of the deen of ALLah Subhanah wataallah. Not only has this strengthen the brotherhood in islam but also it has shown to other people that there is unity among us. On top of the fresh food which was being provided in these centres Food Humpers were also distributed in various Mosques in the following districts : Balaka , Machinga, Mangochi ,
Phalombe and a Hafiz Centre called Umar Al-‐Khatab in Blantyre. In all these places people have expressed their appreciation for providing food to them because literally they had nothing in their families to eat after a full day of fasting ramadhan.It is only Allah Subhana WataLLAH who will be able to repay you in full.
May Allah Almighty reward you and your entire families ,for your good gesture, May Allah also add more to all those who contributed towards this years Ramadhan programme.

OBJECTIVES AND GOALS OF IFTRAAT ALSAIM PROGRAMME
1 To teach the local people the importance of sharing food together and to strengthen their brotherhood.
2 To raise high spirit of iman among the muslim during the Ramadhan period.
3 The distribution of food among the muslims during this Ramadhan has contributed to invitation of non muslims un indirectly.
4 To teach the muslim ummah in leadership and train them how to leave together among themselves,sharing of food and making salaat in jammah and feeling piety among each other.
5 The use of media in this month like radio, news papers and television on this iftraat progrmme has assisted in enhancing islamic morales and behaviour among the muslims.
6 During this programme there is dawa programme joined together so that there are many people who emblaces islam ie.there was over 140 people of one village who emblaced islam in Thambani area which is near Mozambique boarder.
7 Through this progrmme there is open lectures in village mosques on basics of islamic studies which assist in spiritual gain among the muslims.
8 Alhadulillah through this programme the food reaches the actual needy people in the village,of which we are sure Allah will reward who ever feeds these needy people.
