Leaders of Today and Tomorrow

Do for one what you wish you could do for all. Do not allow the Fair Factor to hinder you. Not all children are created equal. Delegate authority. Empty your cup, not required to fill their cup. Embrace the season you are in. Children are ready for leadership development,

Are you ready to develop them?

Leaders of Today and Tomorrow

Some kids just have it. They have and endless amount of energy that will

be used for something. Give them a 15-25 year head start. They cognitively are able to learn more than adults. They have influence to reach the Young Harvest! They are waiting for someone to see their potential

and pour into them. The 10/30 Window: less to unlearn and fewer

distractions.

Month 3: Commitment Commitment means different things to different people:

• To the boxer, it is getting off the mat one more time than you have been knocked down.

• To the marathoner, it is running another 10 miles when your strength is gone

• To the soldier, it is going over the hill, not knowing what is waiting on the other side.

• To the missionary, it is saying goodbye to your own comfort to make life better for others.

• To the leader, it is all that and more because everyone you lead is depending on you.
