If the parent(s) Name is here, they have created an account, Click on the Parent(s) name.

If there is no parent(s) name here, they need to create an account.

You can now see the parent user name:

If they have forgotten their password, you can change it here: It’s only a temporary password: When the Parent logins in with the password you’ve changed it to, it will prompt them to change it:: The current password will be what you gave them, then they need to create a password 6 characters (one they have not used before) and confirm the password, then they will see their student(s) account.

If you change the parent(s) password this is what the parents(s) will see:

The current password is the one you changed it to~

Parent then creates a New Password:

Re-enters the Password to confirm.

Click Enter

You can also refer the parent(s) to click on “having trouble signing in”

Parent(s) can choose either

Forgot password or

Forgot User name:

They will receive and e-mail with the information they need.
