Joseph Wei
Joseph Wei is a co-founder of Lab360, an incubator that provides investment, and business acceleration for early stage hardware startups. Lab360 started as a client project from Joseph’s consulting company, SJW Consulting Inc. a business strategy consulting firm advising C-level executives at global technology companies.

Joseph is an IEEE senior member, the 2016 Chair for the Santa Clara Valley (SCV) Section, recipient of the IEEE MGA Outstanding Large Section Award. He is also the Industrial Relations VP, and, the SCV Chair for the CE Society. He is an advisor to several startups, and, a mentor to Alchemist Accelerator. He has a BS in EE from Tufts University.
