Captain

Eric Pialles

Eric has been working at sea for thirty five years. He has been a captain on large yachts for eleven years. He has sailed the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, the Caribbean, the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean. Eric is passionate about the ocean and meticulous at his job. He has developed a strong sense of safety, hospitality and incomparable charter knowledge. As a captain, Eric leads and trains his crew to provide the highest level of service.

Zeljko Mikulicic


After graduating from Academy of Nautical Studies Zeljko joined yachting industry in 2004 started as a Deckhand on a 62m busy charter yacht where he obtained his first promotion. Zeljko has been captain since 2011. His main aim is to provide a service of the highest standards making the safety of the guests and crew alike being his utmost priority.

Monika Janicka

Monika comes from small, historic town in northern Poland. She has several years of experience in hospitality and Business Administration degree. Career in yachting Monika started in 2005 and has worked on well-known yachts, gaining valuable experience in all areas of guest service. She takes great pride in working closely with our guests to ensure their vacation aboard is a great experience.

Gianluigi Lio


Luigi is an Italian chef who gained extensive culinary training in different Michelin Star restaurants in Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Italy before joining the yachting industry. These years of experience in the kitchen meant that Luigi was exposed to many different cuisines. Luigi takes pride in creating the freshest ingredients to create healthy and delicious cuisines.

Sous Chef

Norbert Csizmadia

Norbert is Hungarian. Last year he joined the yachting industry after working on cruise ships. He has been working in restaurants since a very young age and this is where he developed his culinary skills and his love for cooking. His main role on the yacht is to cook for the crew as well as help the Head Chef to prepare and plate food for the guests. He is excited to learn from our Italian Head Chef.

Yordanka Georgieva


Yordanka is our service stewardess with a good eye for detail and responsible for a high standard of service. Her main aim is to ensure that guests feel at home on the yacht. Yordanka is available to help guests become acquainted with the yacht and the technology in the cabins.

Aymi Zinn

After graduating from the University of Stellenbosch with a BSc Animal Science degree, Aymi decided to embrace her alternate passion for travel and the hospitality industry. Previously she co-ran a guesthouse and worked in various restaurants but as of 2016, she is turning her Super yachting dream into a reality as a debutant on MY Idol! Aymi believes that happy people are beautiful people so her aim as a Stewardess is to see our guests smiling radiantly at all times in order to have the most enriching experience on board.

Alyssa Concian


Alyssa is our junior stewardess onboard. Hailing from Alberta, Canada her passion for travelling introduced her to the yachting world last year, and she’s been hooked ever since. Although new to the industry, Alyssa takes pride in maintaining a high standard of service to ensure that the guests have the best experience possible onboard. She is upbeat, and loves working with other people.

Chief Officer

Renato Milovac

Renato is born in the maritime family and continued their tradition. He graduated from the Marine Naval Academy. He started his carrier as a Harbour Master, continued as an Officer on Super Tankers. Then he joined his relatives in the yachts business. They started between the First and the Second World War on the Cote d’Azur (France). Renato is very polite and professional seaman and he wants to continue his carrier in the yachting business because it is his true calling.

Marko Lovric


Marko Lovric is our OOW. He is originally from Montenegro, the Bay of Kotor. After completing the maritime school he started his carrier on commercial vessels. As Montenegro is starting to be more and more appealing as a yachting destination, he saw his chance to switch to yachting. He is energetic, friendly, and keen on learning new things.

Skye Gordon – Forbes

Skye is our Deck/Stew from South Africa. After many years of travelling the world she finds herself in the Yachting industry and is excited to exceed in her career. Along with her fun, bubbly nature she loves working with other people and especially enjoys helping the guests with the jet skis and water sports!

Tomas Wilewski


Tomas is originally from Poland and has been working on yachts for the last (number) years. Short description of what you like about your job for example: He loves sailing, snorkelling and playing around with jet skies.

Christian Exposito Bagshaw

Cristian is our Spanish crew member on board. He is an experienced Deckhand who takes pride in maintaining the yacht in pristine condition. He grew up in Mallorca. He has always loved the sea and this passion led him to work on Super Yachts as he already started a career on the mechanical side. He loves his job and his ambition is to work his way up to Captain. He is always willing to help and his know to be a happy, smiling member of the crew.

Chief Engineer

Sorin Ivanciu


Sorin grew up on the banks of the Danube river, swimming, fishing and rowing. After graduating the Naval Academy in 2001, he started working on tankers, developing his sense of discipline and self-control. He has gained a good amount of seamanship skills and professional experience since he joined the yachting industry in 2005 and through hard work and commitment got his first Chief Engineer position in 2007.

Stefan Isaic

Stefan joined the yachting 2 years ago, after working on merchant vessels. Very responsible and passionate about his job, he is up for any engineering challenge. Stefan’s main role is assisting the Chief Engineer in daily operation of all technical aspects of motor yacht Idol.
