it. Repeat this exercise once a week for a month, and keep this list in a safe place. Then the next time you are feeling especially upset
or happy about something, take out the list and use it to help define your feelings. If you are anxious, for example, are you feeling tense,
fearful or insecure? This list can help you find language around your emotions, which can be useful in helping you understand
