JOHN 1 45 Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith

unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus

of Nazareth, the son of Joseph. 46 And Nathanael said unto him, Can

there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.

47 Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed,

in whom is no guile! 48 Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said

unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee.

JOHN 1 49 Nathanael answered and saith unto

him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel.

50 Jesus answered and said unto him, Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, believest thou? thou shalt see

greater things than these. 51 And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and

descending upon the Son of man.

JOHN 8 43 Why do ye not understand my

speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.

44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no

truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the

father of it.

HEBREWS 4 12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged

sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and

marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him

with whom we have to do.

E-15 And the Covenant was given to Abraham unconditionally, not, "Abraham, if you'll do something, I'll do this, but I have

already done it." See? It isn't what we do, it's what He has done for us. Nothing that we

could do to merit anything. Who could we, the unrighteous ones, ever do anything to merit something before the great Jehovah

God and His great, supreme holiness? See?

Page 12: Identified by the Word. JOHN 1 45 Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write,

MELCHISEDEC.THE.GREAT.PRINCE.AND.KING_ JEFF.IN SUNDAY_ 55-0109M

E-16 We... Only thing we can do is accept and be grateful for what He has already done for us. Oh, that's so simple isn't it. And I'm positive that many times in

people's thinking, that they try to make Divine healing and so forth, some great

outreaching something, way away, "If I could only reach it."

Page 13: Identified by the Word. JOHN 1 45 Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write,

MELCHISEDEC.THE.GREAT.PRINCE.AND.KING_ JEFF.IN SUNDAY_ 55-0109M

Could you imagine Jesus saying, "Now, let Me check My faith, and see if I've got enough

faith to do this, see if I'll have to fast awhile to see if I'll have enough faith to do this." He was perfectly unconscious of the faith that He had. He just spoke it and knew

that it would be so.

Page 14: Identified by the Word. JOHN 1 45 Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write,

MELCHISEDEC.THE.GREAT.PRINCE.AND.KING_ JEFF.IN SUNDAY_ 55-0109M

It's a unconscious faith that does it. That's the way it is: in Christ we just

unconsciously just say, "That's His word; that just settles it; there's no more to

it." and go on. That's how we get well.

THE.CALLING.OF.ABRAHAM_ SAN.FERNANDO.CA WEDNESDAY_ 55-1116

E-19 So God called Abraham, not because he was any better than anyone else, but God

called Abraham because He had elected Abraham. And He called him and gave him His covenant unconditionally, and told him that He would save him, and

told him what his destination would be: He'd come to him in an old age. Already done,

God was determined to save man. Man, there's nothing he can do, and he--he's a failure to begin with. So God by election

called and saved Abraham.

Page 16: Identified by the Word. JOHN 1 45 Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write,

THE.CALLING.OF.ABRAHAM_ SAN.FERNANDO.CA WEDNESDAY_ 55-1116

You say, "Oh, brother. If I could only been Abraham." Now, wait. Not only Abraham,

but his seed after him also He called and elected. Amen.

THE.CALLING.OF.ABRAHAM_ SAN.FERNANDO.CA WEDNESDAY_ 55-1116

Not "If you'll do a certain thing, but I have already done it." God had determined to save man, even against his own will,

against his nature.

Page 18: Identified by the Word. JOHN 1 45 Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write,

And every man, every unregenerated person, no matter how good you try to be, how good

you think you are, you are a sinner by nature, until God changes your nature.

Amen.

FAITH_ CHARLOTTE.NC FRIDAY_ 56-0427

E-24 Oh, you say, "I'd like to be Abraham. Oh, Brother Branham, if I had that assurance,

then I would certainly rest perfectly quiet." Why, you've got the same assurance and the same covenant. The covenant was not only to Abraham only, but to his seed after him. Amen. If you begin to see that, then

Divine healing becomes easy. Any the other promise that God has given becomes

easy when you see that it's not you; it's God. God has give the promise, so then you

don't get restless.

received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past

age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.

131 And when this great thing taken place, when each one of these Hebrew mothers in their travailing in the childbirth, called out,

like "Reuben," that placed him positionally in the Palestine exactly the way that

mother said and called his name. Said... I don't have it all wrote down here, but say

"Reuben" meant "sheepherder," "Gad" means "cattle raiser," and "Ephraim" meant "corn

raiser."Now, by spiritual discernment, Joshua, the

new leader by spiritual discernment placed each one where he belonged,

divided the land just exactly.

E-18 And I think that God, down through this time has cut out some very odd

stones that we might not have understood, but they have their place

exactly in the temple, in the building of God. And Joshua, by inspiration, not by just mathematics, he--he by... Inspired by God he 'lotted each one of those patriarchs in their position, just exactly the way their name

belongs.

What a--a picture it puts before us of God in His master works. No one could've ever done

it but God. There's no way of doing it: God alone. It was to be for--was to be their--theirs forever. It was a gift from God. God, by His marvelous grace, give these people this

land in this position and placed them in it according to His Word and the birth of

the people.

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on

immortality.

51 God, in His mind, had man, what a man should look like, what he should be, and what he should act like. And He wanted that man to be part of Him, "So He made man in His own image, and in the likeness of God created He man," oh, when God, in the beginning, made this masterpiece,

something that reflected His thoughts.

is just a thought manifested. God had us, in the beginning, in His thoughts.

He walked right out there and said, "Go on up, but I seen Israel..." See, he wasn't ashamed to tell his vision then, 'cause it was the Word of the Lord. He knowed he could take that thing just perfectly. What? He'd opened his heart, his mind to the Word of God, and the Word of God had been revealed back, so he knowed that was perfectly the Word of God.

you know, I do believe I can be healed.""Well, what is it then? Is it the Word of the

Lord?"Sure It's the Word of the Lord.
