1) Loosenandremovethefoursocketheadcapscrews(seeexplodedviews).

2) Liftthepartsupportandrotateit180°untilthewrenchholeisoverthelockadjustmentscrew.

3) Replacethetwoscrewstoholdthepartsupportinplaceduringlocksetup.Backtheadjustmentscrewoutuntilittouchesthebottomofthepartsupport.

4) Now,determinethethickestmaterialthelockneedstohold.Addthematerialthickness,itstolerance,andadd0,02inches [0,5mm]forclearance.

5) Placea2,6mmsetuppart(orfeelergage)underthefingerandclosetheclampwithpressure.
