We request an amendment to USNRC License 11-27380-01 to replace Dr. Jason Harris with Dr. George Imel as the Radiation Safety Committee Chair. Dr. Harris will be leaving the University in October.

Dr. George Imel's PhD was received from Penn State University in 1978. He worked at Argonne National Laboratory from 1980 to 2006. During his 27 years at Argonne National Laboratory he was responsible for commissioning the TRI GA Neutron Radiography Reactor at the Fuels and Material Complex, and supervising its operation for 10 years. He then spent 9 years on assignment to the French Cadarache Nuclear Laboratory, where he did research involving measurements on several critical experiment reactors. He joined ISU in 2007 as the Chair of Nuclear Engineering and has been involved in doing research and in teaching nuclear laboratory courses at ISU using both the AGN-201 reactor and the Subcritical Assembly Facility.

A copy of Dr. Imel' s CV is enclosed.

I thank you in advance for your consideration and cooperation on these requested amendments to USNRC license 11-27380-oi.
