Corporate sales force was divided by teams; each one was in charge of an industrial park of the city; this way we could get contact with maritime sectors, PIMSA, Zona franca, industries and big companies in order to create macro projects of exchanges. Non corporate sales force had different focuses depending on the month and trends we could capitalize. We created a summer and winter DT project, with excelent results getting contacts and ensuring exchanges for next year.

Due to Barranquilla´s pier, we have a strong merchanteconomy that involves different sectors of industry.

TN taker: Instituto idiomas Universidad Del NorteAIESEC Uninorte Identifyed the need of multiculturalismprojects that contribute to the globalization of our universityenviroment and society.The project was runned for the second semester of 2010,involveing 5 trainees from 3 different countries (USA,Germany, China; Italiy and Brasil)in the languajes instituteof the university.This project got excellent results and will continue next withthe possibility of involving a greater trainees number.

In order to improve the quality of our incoming exchanges,AIESEC Uninorte developed virtual tools like:Expectation forms for future trainees that provide us thenecesary information for delivering experiences according toeach one.Surveys for TN takers, so we can have accurate informationof the perception TN takers have about AIESEC and developstrategies for improving our quality everyday.
