Choose a table leader!Let’s Begin!!!!
According to a study in the College Student Journal Stress among college students can be attributed to both Intrapersonal and interpersonal situations as well as academic and environmental issues
Students in the study indicated that academic issues of increased workload and lower performance then expected were the biggest contributors to student stress.
One way to accomplish all of your requirements, lessen stress, and increase your success is to use time management/budgeting strategies.
Ross, S.E., Niebling, B.C., and Heckert, T.M. (1999). Sources of stress among college students. College Student Journal. 33, 312-318.
Why manage/budget your time?
Group leader take materials from the bucket and place on the table.
Choose one student to record what the group says as they work to complete the task.
You must completely fill the large container leaving no space.
You must use all of the large rocks.
You must use at least some amount of sand, water and blue marbles.
Fill the Container
When you have completed the task, replace the lid to indicate completion.
You must work carefully and thoughtfully.
You have 5 minutes to plan and complete the task…..GO!!!!
Fill the Container
