Introduction to Site
We have selected an empty land in the size of (50m x 50m) to begin a small-scale construction project for this assignment.
Our proposed site is located at Taman Damai Utama, Puchong. The site is surrounded by large amount of newly-build residential houses and a hillside behind it.
The surrounding area of the site is rather quiet and calm as it is partially and newly developed, with many projects are halfway-developing or just started.

SITE ANALYSIS
POTENTIAL-Located on advantageous and favorable geographical area.
-Favorable and sustainable for many types of developments and projects.
-Bringing benefits and providing easement for the local residents.
-It’s highly accessible since it’s located beside of the main road.
CONSTRAINT- Air is polluted and foggy due to pollution emissions
from the side construction.
- No shade and sunscreen to the site during afternoon.
- Parking space are limited and finite.
SITE OBSERVATION
TOPOGRAPHY
The site is relatively flat. There are no slopes present.

ACCESS
The site is able to be accessed through one main road which is the only entrance of the site.
The road is named as Jalan Persiaran Damai Utama 2.
The road is a 2 two way road, meaning people able access it from both the South or North point of the site.
TRAFFIC
The surrounding traffic condition of the site is comparatively smooth and light during all day.
As there is not much developed land around it therefore the traffic condition is even smoother.
MICROCLIMATE

The sun rise from the east to the west of the site and the wind blows from the west.
