PREAMBLE Surat, known as a diamond processing and trading hub of Gujarat, would be the world's fastest growing city in the 2019-35 period, according to a global economic research report. Surat is on a development spree with lots of construction projects by Govt. & real estate developers in time to come with huge investment in construction sector. For last 9 Years, ICEA and UltraTech Cement jointly organizes the “ICEA – UltraTech Outstanding Concrete Structure Awards” to promote and reward the best construction practices in all the aspects in the benefit of construction industry as a whole. We are receiving overwhelming response which has made this competition challenging.
ABOUT ICEA,SURAT
The Institute of Civil Engineers and Architects, Surat started on 20th November, 1966 as "Association of Practicing Civil Engineers and Architects, Surat" by Er. Biharilial O. Lalaji. Today, the institute has surpassed a membership base of 800+ and still counting. The Institute has earned recognition from local authorities such as SUDA, SMC and Govt. of Gujarat. A representative of our Institute is on the appeal committee for interpretation of the Building Bye laws of SUDA and to sort discrepancy in GDCR, if any. The Institute organises seminars, Technical workshops, symposiums and technical tours which assist its members in upgrading their knowledge and information.

This prestigious awards are given in the four different categories as mentioned below. The awards for the same are given to the concerned Owner/developers, Architect, Str. Consultant & the Primary Civil Contractor.
