Price and Payment lnformation
Prices are exclusive of VAT. UK customers will be asked to pay
VAT where appropriate. Customers based in the EU outside the
UK will be charged VAT at their national rate, where appropriate,
unless we are supplied with a local VAT registration number.
All subscriptions are based on a calendar year and must be
prepaid.
Subscriptions may be paid by BACS or cheque, crossed and
made payable to ‘lCE Publishing’ and sent to the following

London, SW1P 3AA, UK. We also accept Mastercard and Visa.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

ICE Virtual Library is compatible with major library systems and
link resolver products including those from Serials Solutions,
ExLibris, EBSCO and OCLC.
ICE Publishing operates a ‘fixed wall’ access policy with
backfiles dating from 2003 provided during the paid subscription
term.

Claims
Claims for damaged goods must be made within 14 days of
receipt of the product.
Claims for missing issues of journals should be made within 4
months from the date of publication.
Claims for the non-receipt of print books must be made within 3
months of placing the order.
Returns/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for part volumes/years cannot be accepted.
Cancellations cannot be made after the publication of the first
issue.
An administration charge may be levied when refunding
duplicate subscriptions/payments.
All returns must be authorised before despatch. Authorisation
should be requested from [email protected]
