2. Course & Date SelectionClass size is limited to twenty
(20) students. Available space will be allocated on a first-come,
first-served basis. A booking will be valid for five (5) calendar
days, during which time the company must confirm registration by
making a full payment. Enrolment to the course will be considered
confirmed only when ICAO has received payment in full and has
granted course confirmation. ICAO will send a confirmation by
email. The course requires a minimum of ten (10) students. ICAO
reserves the right to cancel a course or modify the date depending
on enrolment levels. Such decisions will be made at least thirty
(30) days before the scheduled course date.

6. No-show Fees
Given the level of preparation work associated with this course,
the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations received
in writing at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the course
start date will
be accepted at no charge. Cancellations received in writing less
than thirty (30) but at least seven (7) calendar days prior to
the course start date will be accepted at a charge of 10% of the
applicable course fee. Cancellations received less than seven
calendar (7) days prior to the course start date will be
charged 25% of the applicable course fee. Cancellations received
less than three (3) days prior to the course start date will be
charged
100% of the applicable course fee. Requests to reschedule for
another course received in writing at least thirty (30) calendar
days
before the start date will be accepted at no extra charge.
