2015/2016 studying year budgeting

> One part of the Clubs organize activities through self-financing or get minimal funds, for example: Hiking Club, Culinary Club, Charity Club, Calligraphy Club, Paragliding Club. Another part of the clubs get direct financing from university. Considering the fact that in 2014/2015 studying year was spent around 3300 Gel, It would be right if our University management finance Clubs’ activities by 4000 Gel. This year many clubs developed, students got experience, so they can do better projects in larger scales. That’s why It would be better if you step by step increase funding and give students possibility to realize their creative and innovative ideas.

> If you want to get better and better results think about Clubs’ presidents’, Vice-Presidents’ motivation, that factor affects on Clubs’ performance and productiveness.

> Please take in consideration that changing Student Clubs’ Coordinator, Assistant will have negative effect on Clubs’ performance, because they already know the problems which exists and ways how to solve them.

> Advise: Meet all club presidents individually or together and get from them feedback if you really want to be more productive in next year.
