Amy Silberbauer
Amy is a Solution Architect charged with the definition and delivery of the Enterprise Scaled Agile
and IBM DevOps Plan solutions and strategy for the IBM Systems – Application Platform line of
business. She is a recognized SME on scaled agile and software development lifecycle solutions,
including enterprise modernization, SOA and collaborative DevOps. She has been with IBM for
28 years and has two decades of software development experience as an engineer, architect and
manager. She is a certified SAFe® Program Consultant experienced in leading and consulting on
multiple internal and external SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework®) transformations.
Bill Hudacek
Bill has two decades of experience working in IT, calls the worlds of UNIX and Linux home, and
aspires to be a Generalizing Specialist. In past lives he has been a UNIX/C systems
programmer and application developer, a UNIX Systems Manager, and a J2EE/JavaEE/SOA
architect and developer. He has been in leadership roles on many projects in his 18 years with
IBM Global Business Services and now IBM Systems Middleware. His experiences span the
entire software development life-cycle (SDLC). Bill joined the World-Wide Global Sales team for
RTW and RTVS in 2013. His perspectives on quality management and all aspects of software
testing have been welcomed by large and small customers as they seek to leverage Automated
Service Testing (AST) and Service Virtualization (SV) to improve the performance and
productivity of both development and QA teams.
Brandt Onorato
Brandt Onorato has been with Rational Software for the last 12 years providing mentoring and
technical expertise with the enterprise-wide Change Management Solution. Prior to Rational
Software, Mr. Onorato spent 20 years assisting clients with implementing access controls, installing and configuring operating system software, and establishing software change controls. Mr.Onorato held positions as a z/OS Systems Programmer, Data Security Specialist, and for the last 12 years Solutiom Architect Dev Ops consultant. Mr. Onorato is a published author, and he creates technical
manuals, instructional technical classes, executive briefs, and functional specifications.
Christopher Lazzaro
Chris is a lead architect, building tools that enable developer productivity and operational
excellence in IBM Cloud. He strives to enable customers to make the digital transformation to the
cloud with DevOps tools, standards, practices, and the ecosystem needed to innovate faster than
their competition. Chris began his career with IBM Tivoli in 1998, building systems management
tools, and he has helped transition those capabilities into SaaS and cloud-native operations tools.
With a focus on innovative, leading-edge solutions, he has obtained recognition as an IBM
master inventor.
Joe Loewengruber
Joe has worked on multiple DevOps teams over the past five years, building pipelines for both
Java™ and Node.js applications. You typically find him engaging various DevOps teams inside
and outside of IBM, studying their approaches and sharing best practices. Currently, his role is
enabling DevOps teams with emerging technologies, to improve up time and reduce root-cause

John Lanuti
As a Certified Cloud IT Specialist and IBM DevOps Architect, John designs innovative and
differentiating software and systems solutions for clients. He is passionate about DevOps,
Mobile, and Hybrid Cloud software development and delivery. John is a 17 year veteran in IT
and Software Engineering with design, development, test, and project management
experience. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University. John actively tweets, blogs,
contributes to patents, speaks at conferences and user groups, and has published a book.
Mustafa Kapadia
Mustafa is the Service Line Leader for IBM’s DevOps practice, a business advisory practice
focused on helping large enterprises transform their software & application delivery. He has
over 17+ years of experience in the tech. space, both as a service provider and a management
consultant. His expertise is in DevOps, cloud, lean, application development, outsourcing,
offshoring etc. and has published several articles on DevOps. He lives in San Francisco Bay
Area, is an avid blogger (when time permits), a speaker, and advisor to start ups.
Reedy Feggins
Reedy is a Lead Agile Coach and Software Architect with certifications as a SAFe SPC,
Certified ScrumMaster and PMP® certified project manager with over 20 years’ experience
leading successful IT projects, employing a combination of Agile, Waterfall, and RUP
processes. At IBM he currently works as a Agile Coach leading large and medium agile
transformations. Reedy has published papers in several magazines as well as been an invited
speaker at conferences. His experience as a trainer has led to the development of several
custom workshops on topics ranging from Project Management to Process Adoption.
Rick Slade
Rick is currently a member of the IBM Software World Wide Systems/Middleware Team where
he serves as an Executive Enterprise Solution Architect helping clients design and modernize
Enterprise Software Delivery Systems. He is currently certified as a Scaled Agilest from the
Scaled Agile Framework group and an IBM and Open Group Distinguished IT Specialist.
Rosalind Radcliffe
Rosalind is a Distinguished Engineer within the IBM Rational organization. She is Chief
Architect for CLM and DevOps. She is responsible for driving the DevOps for multi-platform
architecture. This includes System z and Power system. In addition she is responsible for the
architecture for the Collaborative Management capability for Enterprise solutions. This includes
UrbanCode Deploy and Rational Team Concert's support for standard Mainframe development
activities. She is a member of the IBM Academy of Technology and a Master Inventor. Prior to
Rational, she was in Tivoli responsible for the SOA Management Strategy for IBM.

Sarah Plantenberg
Sarah is a senior user experience designer located in San Francisco, California, where she
has designed for a broad range of clients, from start-ups to enterprises. Leveraging her
cognitive psychology and neuroscience background, Sarah's innovative designs have brought
clients closer to their users and improved user satisfaction. As the builder and leader of design
teams, Sarah's thought leadership has penetrated all levels of her clients' businesses. Sarah
also helps her clients achieve better overall business results by helping them apply design
thinking principles to team organization and development, organizational structure, and
business transformation.
Sanjeev Sharma
Sanjeev is CTO and Distinguished Engineer for DevOps Technical Sales and Adoption in IBM
Cloud Unit. He is a 20-year veteran of the software industry with expertise in DevOps, Mobile
Development and UX, Lean and Agile Transformation, Application Lifecycle Management and
Software Supply Chains. He is a DevOps Thought Leader at IBM and speaks regularly at
conferences. He has written several papers and is the author of the DevOps for Dummies
book.
Steve Boone
Steve joined IBM through its recent acquisition UrbanCode. He has spent the last nine years
helping enterprises implement Agile Solutions focusing on Continuous Integration, Continuous
Delivery, and DevOps. He has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of companies and
assist them in implementing and scaling application deployment automation, release
management processes, and cloud strategies. Steve is currently the Technical Offering
Manager for IBM UrbanCode Deploy.
Vijay Aggarwal
Vijay is an Architect for DevOps Analytics in IBM Cloud Unit. He has 25 years of experience in
creating software in the areas of Service Desk, Service Catalog, Change Management, CMDB,
SaaS, Network Management, Resource Monitoring, DevOps, etc. He regularly finds time to
