IB Terminology...   Students who participate in the IB Programme are labeled as an Anticipated (A) candidate or a Diploma (D) candidate.

  The label of an Anticipated (A) candidate means the student is a junior in high school, but intends to earn the IB Diploma their senior year of high school.

  A Diploma (D) candidate is a senior in high school working towards earning the IB Diploma who has completed all the IB subject area curriculum and additional IB requirements during their junior year of high school.

Juniors – Anticipated Candidates Option 1: Fees due for the candidate taking ONE IB Standard Level exam in May of 2012.

Registration fee: $145.00 Subject fee per candidate: $100.00 (1 exam = $100.00) Total fees due $245.00

Option 2: Fees due for the candidate taking TWO IB Standard Level exams in May of 2012.

Registration fee: $145.00 Subject fee per candidate: $200.00 ($100 x 2 exams = $200.00) Total fees due $345.00

If the fee is not paid by October 28th, the candidate will not be registered to take exams their junior year but may opt to take all SIX exams their senior year as a Diploma (D) candidate. Exam fees are not refundable.

Seniors– Diploma Candidates Option 1: Diploma (D) candidate who took TWO Standard Level exams their junior year of high school.

Higher Level and Standard Level exam fee $100.00 x 4 exams = $400

Total fee due: $400

Option 2: Diploma (D) candidate who took ONE Standard Level exam their junior year of high school.

Higher Level and Standard Level exam fee $100.00 x 5 exams = $500

Total fee due: $500

Option 3: Students who plan to take ALL 6 exams their senior year.

Registration fee $145.00 Higher Level and Standard Level exam fee $100.00 x 6 exams = $600.00

Total fee due: $745.00

A few Important Facts   Students will be given registration information in early September.

  Please complete these forms with your IB Student and contact me ASAP if you have any questions.

  All Fees are paid in the Bookstore and are due by Friday, Oct 28th.

  Make sure to give me a copy of your receipt!

  If your IB Student is on Free and Reduced lunch, the state will pay for their exam fees.
