I’m sure you work hard day in and day out. You try to

provide for yourself and your family and despite you’ve been

getting some results it is never enough. You never get that

feeling of finally being “successful”, finally being able to say

“I made it”.

Deep inside you know, you can do better, you are even

mad at yourself but you put these thoughts of yours on your

back burner. And I get it, I would too if negative thoughts

were floating through my mind.

So in the next few pages I will be sharing the psychology

change I experienced and how I’ve applied it to my situation

to be successful. And successful not just materialistically but

actually being of value to the community. Spreading your

message to with the world.

If it sounds like something you are interested, keep on

reading.

If not close this page and move on.

Don’t waste 15 minutes of your time.

Hustle is a term that is often used these days but nobody

gives it a definition.

What exactly hustle is?

It’s a way of life, something that’s built inside of us and

waits to be revealed. Not hustle like going over other people

to get what you want, dealing drugs or being a scam artist.

But the hustle of having, inner drive, work ethic to get things

done even when you don’t feel like it. It’s not about talent, IQ

or money, it’s about having the guts. It’s the willingness to

outwork and the ability to outsmart that separates the average

people from “the greats”.

Think of perseverance, resilience and putting in the work

day in and day out.

That’s my definition of hustle and the people defined as

hustlers are the ones that are viewed as “crazy” in the eyes of

society. They are the ones that have been, laughed at, the

ones that nobody believed in, the ones that have a vision and

stick to it no matter what.

Embracing the hustler mindset will change your life

upside down.

It will free you off of fear.

Not that you won’t experience it, it’s in our DNA. You

will see it in a different way.

As the fear starts crawling in your mind, you will beat it

right away, not let it sit there until it grows roots and

dominates you. When you follow your convictions and hustle

hard, everything seems to fall into place, you get “lucky” – as

if it was actually meant to be that way.

Be warned, getting to that place will test every ounce of

hustle you have.

The objective isn’t to win at all costs, and the ends don’t

justify the means.

To be successful you have to connect, collaborate, and

genuinely care for those around you.

It’s not about what you get. Don’t ask what’s in for you.

Be humble, treat everyone with utmost respect. It’s your

willingness to help that matters.

Hustle only pays off when you devote yourself to, hard

work and be nice to people.

Uncertainty, that’s what scares us all. We get terrified at

the thought of unknown.

We constantly ask the question “What if?”.

We settle for survival, too afraid to go for what we really

want.

Our brain tells us: eat, stay safe, reproduce, survive.

Everything else is a risk.

Our brain is wired this way. To be stopping us from

starting new ventures, new activities. Comfortable is the

“deadly” word.

Be mediocre, don’t get in trouble, be like everybody else.

Going into the unknown is scary as hell.

You are afraid to leave the pack, to set out on your own.

You make excuses so you don’t have to start.

It’s not the right time.

Once I get this done I will start.

There’s not enough time. You need more time.

Unfortunately, time is not the problem, you are.

But, it’s not just you.

We all have this fear of starting a new thing, working on

this idea we’ve been having for years. Fear feels this way for

everyone. Heck, I’ve been putting off the writing of this

report for months. It’s natural. It’s a defense mechanism.

You can play it safe, live in your comfort zone, and have

a pretty average life.

There is nothing wrong with that, some people aren’t just

born this way, with this drive.

But there are the ones like you out there who are willing

to take a chance and make a change.

You can choose to procrastinate or persuade.

Either way, you’ve got nothing to lose.

If you aren’t willing to hustle, mediocrity will always be

right here waiting for you.

Easy way out will always be there.

So how do you make the change to go from an “average

joe” to a hustler?

That’s where the habits come in. That is your secret to

success, the missing ingredient for the recipe.

They have nothing to do with your talent, IQ or financial

status. Those are just attempts to explain our shortcomings

and a way to get an extra excuse out of our pockets.

Success is a made of few ingredients, passionate heart,

hard work and the kind of persistent stubbornness that

keeps you grinding when everyone else simply gives up.

It’s best expressed in this equation.

Your health can either boost you or stop you on your

way to being a hustler.

When you feed your body with junk, your life becomes

a litter bin. If you won’t take care of yourself, there’s no way

you can care for someone else around you. Your friends and

family will suffer right along with you.

It’s time to make your health a priority.

Start by eating real food and exercising more often.

Say no to the diets you’ve been reading in the magazines.

Don’t starve yourself.

Choose to be healthy instead.

Eat high quality, nutritious foods and eliminate the

processed junk and fast foods.

Eat foods that come from the earth, not out of a box or

bag.

Stick with lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, and healthy

fats.

Do this 80% of the time, and have some freedom of

choice during the other 20%.

Meaning if you are eating 5 times a day, 4 out of 5

meals should be healthy and then you can treat yourself to

satisfy your cravings.

It’s simple as that, move your ass more often.

You don’t have to go to the gym, exercise at home or

outside. Use your own bodyweight – do squats, lunges, push-

ups, pull-ups.

Do walking, running, hiking, or biking. Start with few

session a week as short as 30 minutes.

The least you can do is to stop sitting so much.

Your desk is killing you.

Get out of your chair, stretch, and walk around. Take the

stairs not the elevator.

Get more sleep.

Create a bedtime routine.

First, no screen time in the bedroom.

No Smartphone, no computer, no television.

Try writing, reading, or meditating instead.

It will be hard at first but you are not missing out on

anything, you can check your facebook on the next day.

Clearing your mind allows you to unleash your creative

thoughts and be more productive.

Proper rest is one of the keys to success.

Always plan a time where you are alone with your

thoughts.

Analyze and think, about yourself and the future.

Not joyful like watching "Home alone" or eating pizza. I

am talking about having a purpose and passion in life.

You have to figure out what really brings you joy and

what you stand for.

Know that happiness is a combination of genetic and

external factors.

You can’t change your genetic makeup(you can definitely

become sexier by working out but I don’t mean that), so

don’t waste your time trying.

But, you can take control of the externals like your

relationships, job, habits, and hobbies.

Stop doing things you hate.

Do more of what makes you joyful!

Talking to you brings me joy that’s why I do it.

Page 16: I’m sure you work hard day in and day out. You try to · outside. Use your own bodyweight – do squats, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups. Do walking, running, hiking, or biking. Start

Write that down somewhere so you can see it on a daily

basis.

Nobody likes the naysayer!

Instead of breaking someone down and mocking them,

build them up.

Don’t point out flaws, offer solutions.

Be humble and always try to help those around you.

Do not gossip.

Spend less time criticizing others and more time working

out your own issues, we all have plenty of them.

Less sometimes is more.

Get rid of negative influences and toxic relationships.

There is a difference between what you want and what

you need.

Determine what’s essential and what’s excessive.

Surround yourself with people that support you and start

saying “no” more often to free more time for self-

improvement and spending quality time with your loved

ones.

We are social creatures.

We need genuine relationships to feel fulfilled.

Seek out like-minded individuals who add value, not

drama, to your life.

Also, put this rule into place, if you are the smartest or

most interesting person in the room, it’s time to find a new

room.

This is the quickest way to upgrade your network,

your relationships, and your social life.

Thankful people are happier people.

Even if you don’t have it all, be appreciative of what

you do have.

Take a moment each day to think about what you are

grateful for and how far you’ve come.

Start saying thank you more often to those around

you as it means more than you think to most of them.

Science has proven that this will boost optimism and

decrease stress.

Stop feeling bitter and start feeling better.

Holding onto a grudge harms your immune system,

outlook, and productivity.

Forgive yourself and forgive those who have wronged

you.

You’ll never make any progress living in the past.

Live in the present with a smile.

Hustle is what you do when you stop talking about it and

actually make something happen.

It’s called execution.

Getting out of your comfort zone for a greater cause.

Hustlers do legacy work. They are building something

bigger than themselves. They add value and inspire change.

Think of it like this, “A mediocre person tells. A good

person explains. A superior person demonstrates. A great

person inspires others to see for themselves."

Be a great person, be a hustler.

No, it’s not a mistake you see it again as a title.

But the more you ingrain that in your brain the better.

If you don’t know where to start, all you have to do is

give. Give all you have, give from the deepest part of

yourself, and then you keep on giving.

You are probably thinking what’s in it for me?

Everything!

This is how you network, this is how you build a legacy,

and this is how you do business. But, most of the time, giving

is its own reward. It gives us purpose, it makes us feel

valuable so go out there and give some more.

This is how I’ve just reached you. Sharing my thoughts.

Giving you what I think is valuable.

If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what

you’ve always had.

What you’ve done to get where you are will not carry you

to where you want to go.

To make a change, and make progress, you’re going to

have to start doing things that suck and you suck at.

But don’t worry you will get better over time, you might

even become an expert.

You’ll have to decide between your comfort and your

convictions, between playing it safe and risking it all.

You’ll have to do the work.

And, it won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.

Are you afraid of failing?

Most of us are, it’s natural.

But, failure is just a word. It describes a situation or

experience. It will not define you as a person.

On the other hand, fear will define you if you let it.

Start thinking about failure differently. It’s just part of the

process. Failure is learning.

You get better and better every time you fail.

So start failing.

A degree is a formality, not a guarantee.

Graduation is not the culmination of anything, it’s just

the beginning.

Never stop learning, never stop evolving. No one can

tell you everything you need to know.

You must seek it out; you’ll have to figure it out as you

go.

If you want it bad enough, you will.

With the availability of information today, you are just a

few clicks away from everything you need to know.

Nobody wants to live with regrets, yet everyone is afraid

to take a step paralyzed by the fear failure.

Sure you will go through some failures along the way,

you will make bad decisions, it’s inevitable.

But that is not where it all ends if you have the drive

that believes in your vision, your idea, your story.

You can leave a mark in this world.

So start today, share your story, change yourself for the

better, lift up others and be great.

Believe to achieve.

I’m counting on you.

My name is Simeon Krastev, I’ve been helping busy

professionals feel and look better. I simplify fitness and

make sure they become more productive and peak their

energy levels. That’s what I’ve been doing for the past 6

years and I plan on doing in the future.

When I’m “off the clock” I seek adventures both mental

and physical. Snowboarding, hiking, quizzes and books.

If you want to bribe me, grab me a cup of strong coffee

and share with me your dreams and aspirations.
