I’m sure you are all aware its flu vaccination season and consent forms for your relatives are available on reception, please ask the nurses when you visit. Trips out each week will continue depending on the weather, so please see a member of the activities team if you fancy a trip on the bus. Don’t forget the clocks go back on October 28 th . We welcome Doris Mathias to the home and hope she will be very happy with us.

Mary & Janet’s Trip to Cardiff
Bay
We went for a lovely walk around the bay and
watched a fascinating video in the Pier Head about the evolution of Cardiff Bay in the last
century
Mary and Janet had a great lunch at The Mount Stuart Pub including
a much deserved Baileys!
