Project Story
Libraries are temples of knowledge, and are not given due attention in under privileged schools due to lack of funds and/or resources.
Direct intervention to improve access to education.
Through reading, children gain a wider perspective of the world, learn about the latest scientific and technological inventions. Library means their dreamland.
Started with library in 1 school in Dharavi, Mumbai - India and now 120 libraries in 19 States and 11 languages of India.
(And our first library in Nepal)
Setting first library in Nepal this year.

Project Updates
❑ Recent Library Inaugurations – 10 libraries inaugurated in the first quarter of 2019 – of which 1 library setup in Chitwan, Nepal.
❑ 9 schools are finalized where books are being purchased. ❑ Engagement initiated with 12 Schools where libraries will be setup
during 2019❑ School children have written letters on their experience
of using the libraries.
