These may include, but are not limited to: • Two-dimensional and/or 3-dimensional plans, elevations, sections • Renderings, perspectives, and/or sketches • Key furniture pieces, finishes, accessories, lighting selections, and/or material selections BEDROOMS Project Concept Statement- In order to appeal to the vast majority of potential buyers, the design is based off a natural contemporary color scheme. Through softened natural and neutral colors, stylish and transitional furniture pieces, and organic materials, the space is given a comfortable and airy feel creating a welcoming environment to any buyer. Bedroom Concept- The bedrooms are designed to appeal to all potential buyers. Young families will have ample room to expand. A large bedroom on the main level floor will allow for elderly individuals to easily maneuver throughout the whole house; the upper rooms will be available to guests.
