8 Inch 275 PSI Diverter Valve - VTS-2 (C . Holden)

Two valves, for replacement of existing VTS-2 8 inch Pacificvalves, were reworked to the new seal configuration, tested andare available for installation.

The can ball valve successfully completed in excess of 3,00 cryo-genic actuations, It is scheduled for removal from the Bravosystem for examination during the next report period .

A D/096-211 representative visited Grove to examine the newgland packing design and witness tests . Gland parkin7 leakageof 1.5 cc/min. of helium was detected . However, a design errorprevented adjustment of the gland packing . The packing designwill be modified to allow for adjustment ,
