Business Transformation or Change Management? For us at i-nexus, it’s transformation. It’s now commonplace that change in business is a constant, but how is this impacting on how successful organisations respond to this? Change management is no longer the domain of Human Resources as a one-function responsibility. The fact that change is constant means that organisations have to transform themselves rather than merely change. Transformation is a much more powerful concept and implies becoming something different in a sustainable way. There’s no way back from a transformation — it’s a total commitment. Change feels more like a new year’s resolution with an opt- out clause! So, the credible response to the environment we all do business in is transformation.
