Ascentec GmbH was founded December 2008 by
two experienced engineers and professionals from
the oil heating transfer industry and former
employees of AKB GmbH (Holger Dudda and
Thomas Bures). Today, all employees of Ascentec
GmbH today originate from the former AKB GmbH,
and a majority was already employed with the 1993
established traditional "Apparatebau Wiesloch
GmbH". That’s why it is not surprising, that we,
although a young company, nevertheless dispose of
decades of experience in design, construction and
execution of thermo technical systems.
Besides the construction, mounting and
commissioning of plants, Ascentec also offers a
wide range of services and supplementary products.
We have attended to important issues of energy
saving and we will be pleased to advise you in the
designing of plants for energy saving measures.

Working together with, Multico Global
Enviro Pte Ltd (MGE); which is an
establishment that offers clean power
generation solutions using clean
renewable resources on a turn-key
basis for small to medium sized power
plants; provides Ascentec the platform
to the South East Asian market.
In 2008, MGE began providing
renewable energy solutions and
distributing gas gensets to clients in
Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia
from all types of industrial background.
Since then, MGE has evolved to in the
provision of Engineering, Procurement
& Construction (EPC) Services for
biogas power plants which comprises
gas treatment, utilisation, generationand distribution.
The collaboration between both
companies, offers technology know-
how from Germany and international
standard implementation for various
industries locally.
Today, we are have a wide range of
biogas gensets, biogas treating
technology, gas warning units, gas
flares, waste heat recovery systems,
diesel gensets, boilers and turbines.
With the human capital and expertise,
we are able to implement innovative
engineering design and provide
excellent after sales service.

Implementation of these various technologies poses many interesting
challenges, most profoundly the different ideology of each equipment
supplier or the process design.
In some cases, a different approach to adapt the outcome according to the
equipment design is necessary (e.g.: start-up procedures, new piping
layout).
And in some cases, the implementation of the equipment and design
process must compliment or not change the outcome. (e.g.: adding
redundancy).
Not to mention, economic impact of the project also plays a part in these
challenges. But with a local EPC partner, these challenges can tackled aswhole, without compromise on quality and safety.
Another important but easily overlooked challenge of implementing
various technologies into projects is the project management. Diverse
culture will already present some differences in expectations and this
differences in expectations must be managed properly.
Our project management and engineering is based on PMI® and
INCOSE® which is considered highest international standard to ensure
quality in engineering and project delivery.
We can deliver local content for most of the works to ensure cultural
collaboration and better services during operation time with short reaction
time
