He is having more than 25 years of experience of teaching and research at post-graduate level. To address the emerging economic issues, he employs a mix of theoretical and empirical methods. At present, he is engaged in research on economic integration, dynamic open-economy models with nominal rigidities, exchange rates and international financial crises, monetary policy in open economies, fragility, civil society.
