Every September ISC is involved in two very important and meaningful community service projects. Caracasbaai Cleanup was mentioned last week and will run again this week in the newsletter. The other is in support of Prinses Wilhelmina Fonds Curaçao (PWF), a foundation that was first established in 1949 to support cancer patients on the island. PWF has officially kicked off their month of awareness and col- lecting of funds across the island by putting out a press release in the Amigoe (Sept. 1st issue) and Antilliaans Dagblad (Sept. 2nd issue). The two students in the release are our very own Andrea Capriles and Maxine Russel; high school students are already active in supporting the cause! ISC wraps up the month of collecting with a school-wide bake sale (mark your calendar!) on the 25th. All proceeds collected from the bake sale and collection boxes are handed over to PWF during our U.N. Day celebration in October. It is also im- portant to note that she has been the driving force behind our in- volvement with PWF for years. Hats off to you Ms. Sini! Make the day great! Greetings ISC,
Welcome to the month of September!
Every September ISC is involved in two very important and
meaningful community service projects. Caracasbaai Cleanup
was mentioned last week and will run again this week in the
newsletter. The other is in support of Prinses Wilhelmina Fonds
Curaçao (PWF), a foundation that was first established in 1949 to
support cancer patients on the island.
PWF has officially kicked off their month of awareness and col-
lecting of funds across the island by putting out a press release in
the Amigoe (Sept. 1st issue) and Antilliaans Dagblad (Sept. 2nd
issue). The two students in the release are our very own Andrea
Capriles and Maxine Russel; high school students are already
active in supporting the cause!
ISC wraps up the month of collecting with a school-wide bake
sale (mark your calendar!) on the 25th. All proceeds collected
from the bake sale and collection boxes are handed over to PWF
during our U.N. Day celebration in October.

up on page 4 regarding the details of ISC’s efforts. It is also im-
portant to note that she has been the driving force behind our in-
