HOW TO PACK ASHOEBOX
OCCtoberNational Collection Month
GIVE A $10 DONATION
—Franklin Graham, President, Samaritan’s Purse
for your heart for packing Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes for children in need. All over the world, these gift-filled boxes become tools for local churches to share God’s love and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Don’t forget to make every shoebox gift unique, include a letter, and pray over it before sending it off.”

HOW TO PACK YOUR SHOEBOX
SHOEBOX: Order your pre-printed shoeboxes online or use a regular size shoebox with a lid no larger than an A4 page.
PRAY: Most importantly, pray for the child who will receive your gift. Include a personal note and photo.
LABEL: Every shoebox must be clearly labelled. If you ordered Follow Your Box labels, do not photocopy the barcoded label as it will not scan.
DROP OFF: Take your shoebox gift to a local drop-off point during OCCtober. Visit our website to find one near you.
GIFTS: Choose a boy or girl and age group (2−4, 5−9 or 10−14) and fill your shoebox with gifts (see back of this brochure for gift ideas).

Please remember that your shoebox may be the only gift the child ever receives
of this kind. So, plan to pack quality items that will last.
INCLUDE A $10 DONATION: A donation of $10 is critical to cover shipping and other project costs. If you give online through Follow Your Box you can discover the destination of your shoebox.
Every shoebox needs a "WOW" item!
