Sub:- APSCHE - LAWCET, 20 17 - Physical inspection of theLaw Colleges - Inclusion of Law Colleges in the Counseling- Reg.

It has been brought to the notice of the APSCHE that some of the Law

Colleges are running in the State without adequate staff as per the

requirements of the Bar Council of India, In this connection, I am by

direction to inform you to appoint a Three Man Committee, with (i). Dean,

cDC/Academic, (ii). Dean, Faculty of Law and (iii). one External Expert, to

inspect the Law Colleges under your jurisdiction to verify the Faculty list

uploaded on the APSCHE Web portal. The Committee be asked to veri$z the

physical presence of the Faculty in the Law Colleges as per norms of the Bar

Council of India. Further, the Committee be informed to complete the

inspection of all the Law Colleges under your jurisdiction and submit the

report latest by 9tr, October 2017.

You are requested to send the list of Law Colleges, which have fulfilled

the requirements of the Bar Council of India, as per the Committee's report,

for inclusion in the LAWCET,2Ol7.
