• Project length is 13.856 miles along I-95, North of State Road (SR) 44 to North of US 92 (International Speedway Boulevard). • Construction is scheduled to begin in the Spring 2015. • The anticipated completion date is Summer 2018. • The total contract amount is $205,000,000. • 18 bridges along the length of the project will either be widened or replaced. Ghyabi & Associates currently serves as the main public involvement contact, coordinator, and facilitator for FDOT’s I-95 Widening and Systems Interchange Reconstruction Design-Build project, which involves widening I-95 from four-lanes to six-lanes from north of State Road 44 to north of US 92. The project scope also includes the reconstruction of the systems interchange with I-4, I-95 and US 92. An Aesthetics Master Plan for the gateway to Daytona Beach is also being developed for this project and Ghyabi & Associates is responsible for coordinating all stakeholder meetings and organizing the final design.
