Lift And Tilt Calibration (ACS)
The controller uses a calibration sequence to optimizethe
control system. The optimizing ensures full spoolstroke (full flow)
while preventing over stroke (loading) ofthe actuator and resets
the calibration points in thecontroller.
In addition to performing the Calibration Procedure(ACS), the
Actuator Testing procedure should ALSO beperformed. (See Actuator
Testing on Page 60-160-1.)
NOTE: This calibration procedure must be followedwhen replacing
a hydraulic control valve, handle sensor, actuator or ACS
controller.Failure to calibrate after componentreplacement may
result in poor performanceor reduced life of actuator(s).
