It is possible to supply safe and stable hydrogen gases with an eco-friendly system which does not discharge any green-house gases, and realize the cost saving with low manufacturing cost of hydrogen. There is no danger of storing high pressurized gases, and the safety & stability of gases are ensured through certified durability test. With the introduction of automatic control system for all manufacturing processes of hydrogen, the user convenience is enhanced.
The alkali type hydrogen generator uses an electrolyte of potassium hydroxide and
the separation film is installed between positive and negative poles to prevent them
from being mixed. Water is electrolyzed to produce hydrogen ion (H+) and hydroxyl
ion (OH-), and the hydrogen ion reacts with the electrons to generate hydrogen gases
at negative pole. The hydroxyl ion (OH-) passes through the ion exchange film to the
positive pole to generate the oxygen gases. (+)pole : 20H- → H2O + 1/2O2 + 2e- (-)pole : 2H2O + 2e- → H2 + 2OH-

Considering our environment, we have to change the gasoline cars to the hydrogen fuel cell or the electric cars as soon as possible. In order to supply and expand the market of the hydrogen fuel cell cars, EMK tries to be in a leading position in development and supply of the water electrolysis type commercialized hydrogen station which america, europe, and other developed countries adopt. EMK constructed the system to compress and store the hydrogen after electrolyzing the water on-site and recharge hydrogen gas to the hydrogen fuel cell cars under 35mpa or 70mpa through the dispenser.

It is a facility to generate hydrogen and oxygen from the water and fill the gases in the compressed container. The compressed gas containers will be distributed, supplied, and used in the market. The highly purified hydrogen can be used for cooling semi-conductors and turbines, and oxygen used for food science such as synthesis of protein.

It is a group of hybrid green homes, The power left after consumed for housekeeping, originally generated from solar or wind, will be compressed and stored as form of hydrogen through water electrolysis system. The stored hydrogen can be transformed to electric power through fuel cell system when natural energy source is restricted, and the power will be supplied to house. In this way, the energy cycle will be endless.

Green village is a kind of Energy Independence (carbon free) Village, that is, only natural energy source such as solar, wind or geothermal will be used
to keep the home. Energy consumption of the village is minimized by insulation, sun lighting, etc. technology with zero carbon emission.

Hybrid Green Village / Green City
Water is electrolyzed by the electricity obtained from the solar energy or wind power to produce
hydrogen. The hydrogen is then pressurized at the storage and the stored hydrogen is converted to
electricity through a fuel cell. The energy circulates from solar energy, electricity, hydrogen and then
electricity. This process has a concept that the energy can be used as a proper type at the proper timing.

· More than 1 billion tons of ballast water is discharged in a year across the world.
· The ecological system is endangered due to survival the movement and of 7,000 kind invasive alien species.
· IMO (International Maritime Organization) proclaimed in 2004 that all newly constructed ships should have installed ballast water treatment system from 2009.
· It is regulated that all ships in service should install the system by 2016.
It is an electrolysis type seawater sterilization apparatus which protects the marine ecological system from destruction and disturbance by the movement of ballast water of the ship. As it has excellent sterilization efficiency, it can be used to all kinds of ships and the size of storage can be maximized.
