This series of motor, with its shell made of ductile cast iron, can be applied to situations with less load and interval operation. Widely used agriculture, forestry, plastics, machine tools and mining machines.
Characteristic features
1. The output shaft, with the deep groove ball bearing, can bear certian axial force and radial force.
2. The axial oil distribution structue it is of smaller size and less weight.
3. Two inner check valves, it needs no outer oil drain.
4. Cycoid group with the roller. Low friction and high mechanical efficiency.

Base Requirements
1. Acccording to air temperature and working conditions, the oil you choose should have high perfomance of viscosity, defoaming property, anti-oxidation, anti-rust and high flash point, etc. During the motor running point, it’s viscosity is between (25-70) X 106m2/s, and water acid, alkali and mechanical impurity should not exceed allowable value.
2. Filtering Precision, superior to 25µ m under rated operation condition.
3. Oil temperature keeps 25°C -55°C in normal continous operation, not more than 65°C in intermittent operation.
4. Under normal condition, Max. pressure for the motor body is 0.1 Mpa. If pressure is too high, oil seal will be damaged.
5. The motor can work normally as long as the backpressure exceeds 0.2 Mpa. In case of insufficient backpressure, motor will creep in low-speed operation.
6. Motor and load shall be linked. Spline shaft and splined hole of working mechanism shall be aligned. Sliding fit of both should be insured.
7. Motor cannot work as a pump.
1. JMDG motors should be filled with oil throught the drain port before using. The drain pipe should be postitioned to be above the motor, the drain port should not be connected to the outlet port.

Hydraulic Motor with Mechanical Brake
ZBM, ZZMZBM ZZM Hydraulic motor with mechanical brakeZBM ZZM BM JMDG ZZM ZBMZBM ZZM are BM orbit hydraulic motor and JMDG piston motor with multi-disc friction brake. The brake can be released or closed automatically while the motor is on or off. The control inlet can be connected to any other control loops, to accomplish different applications. The working pressure of ZZM is higher than ZBM, adapted for higher pressure systems.
