simple work.

Heavy equipment is a common example. Hydraulic machinery is operated by the

use of hydraulics, where a liquid is the

powering medium.

In this type of machine, hydraulic fluid is

transmitted throughout the machine to

various hydraulic motors and hydrauliccylinders.

The fluid is controlled directly or

automatically by control valves anddistributed through hoses and tubes.

The popularity of hydraulic machinery is due

flexible hoses.

The driver use strong static force produced by

high presure oil to drive pre-cast pile intoground smoothly and quietly.

The operations such as lifting, clamping,pressing and moving are driver by hydraulic

mechanism.

The driver can press square pile 0.3 x 0.3m ~0.4 x 0.4m and the length of pile is more

2.5m. It can also press or pull round pile andH steel by just changing the pile clampingmechanism.

Jack-in Piling Method1. Selected piles would be drawn to

the machine using a crane on the

machine.2. The pile then lifted by crane on the

machine to facilitate tracking the

position of the pilehead pile.

Jack-in Piling Method1. Enter the pile to Jack-in clamps using a

crane on the machine.

2. Release the clip and the crane cable.

3. Check either the pile is straight or not for thelast time and check the position of the pile inthe direction of X and Y.

4. Start the Jack-In Piling using clampingdevices to create pressureso that the pile can penetrate the soil layer.
