SMRI (Sports & Management Research Institute) is the sports research division of Synergians Society, an NGO working to Make India Number One. As part of our vision, we have a mission to make Indian Sports industry an employment and revenue generating industry.

HWSLHWSL is Hybrid Water Sports League. The business plan of HWSL is developed by the Sports Management students of SMRI (Sports & Management Research Institute). Various equipments except balls are designed & developed by the Sports Engineering students of SMRI.

HWSL- GAMES•Water Volleyball•Water Basketball•Water Badminton•Under Water Hockey (Octopush) •Under Water Wrestling (Aquathlon) •Water Tennis •Water Throwball

PREMIER HWSL- Premier HWSL will be conducted in hotels/clubs. It will be open for all age group. The players/teams have to pay fee for playing. Tournaments will be for Men/Women/Mixed teams.

JUNIOR HWSL- Junior HWSL will be conducted in schools. It will be for high school and Higher secondary school students. Tournaments will be for Boys/Girls.

Business Opportunity• For clubs and hotels, Hybrid Sports will be a reason for more

business and repeat business. The regular tournaments will create professional players/teams. People will depend hotels/clubs with swimming pools for hybrid water sports. It will accelerate your business in terms of rooms, food & beverages & charges for pool using. Moreover, name of your club/hotel will be in news for good reasons.
