PHILOSOPHYI believe, having a variety of exploration and play
educational learning experiences are essential to the learning
process. Having an encouraging and educational environment, by
providing skills and tools necessary I as a teacher believe that
every child can achieve their individual talents and have the
confidence to embrace their goals and pursue dreams. To conclude, I
believe all students have the ability to achieve great things if we
as teachers invest the best quality time towards students in a
academic, cultural, sporting and social endeavour while recognising
that each child is unique and individual.

RESPECT AND RESPOND TO THE DIVERSE NEEDS OF STUDENTS AND
COMMUNITIES.
In my previous studies at Charles Sturt University I examined
issues related to creating a developmentally appropriate anti-bias
curriculum so we can ensure that attitudes towards students
diversity are able to develop in the classroom. The work sample I
have attached relates to Aboriginals in society and how I can
include diverse multicultural programs and an inclusive atmosphere
in the classroom setting. Work sample Aboriginality_diversity
