Peer Mentoring
• Target Group: doctoral candidates who have completed 1 to 1.5 years of doctoral studies with undecided career plans
• Crucial Question: Which path do I want to take after the completion of my dissertation?
• Essential Components: Career Planning Workshop, Collegial Case Discussion, candidate-organized career talks

• Career Planning Workshop (July or January)
• Collegial Case Discussion (3 x 3-hour sessions)
• Career day: professionals talking about their entrance into their particular occupational field (January or July)
