Introduction… Human resource management practices is highly

important for an organization growth and success in a particular industry.

Workers in an organisation should be motivated and encourage consistently to achieve organisational goals.

“uncompetitive salary” (55%), “lack of recognition at the workplace” (35%) and “lack of trust in senior leaders” (21%), (Business Insider,2014)

Improving the significant areas in the workplace such as right employee for right position, training and development for poor or average performers, job analysis, employee training and selection, managing quality and productivity.

Problem statement…

Employee retaining issues have been constantly stressed in an organizations (Wong,2010).

Workers like to do job hopping and only agreeable to stay in their present organizations for below three years. (Chew,2005)

Objective of the Research Proposal

To identify the effects of human resource management (HRM) practices on organizational performance

To test various model of human resource practices which directly proposed to performance such as recruitment and selection, training & development and performance appraisal.

To contribute to certain human resource management to upgrade their employee’s performance.

Human resource practices (recruitment and selection, training and performance appraisal) have considerable relationship towards the organizational performance.

Literature Review…

Force of human resource management practices towards the organizational performance depends on the reaction of employees to the HRM practices (Guest,2002)

Training and development, team work, performance appraisal, compensation or incentives, human resources planning and employment security has not only contribute to better performance, it also contributed to higher employee productivity, quality of manufactured item or product and organizations flexibility ( Qureshi,2010).

Conclusion…

Objective of this research has been supported because the past research has reveal that human resource management practices has a significant relationship towards the organizational performance.

From past researcher, organizational performance has been affected by the recruitment and selection, training and also performance appraisal.

Organizational must practice the efficient recruitment method to encourage the systematic selection.

Employee performance, training and recruitment should be manage properly to achieve organizational performance.
