THE QUESTIONNAIRE WAS DISTRIBUTED TO STUDENTS ENROLLED IN BUSINESS COMMUNICATION CLASSES AT TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY-COMMERCE. A TOTAL 231QUESTIONNAIRES WERE RETURNED BY BUSINESS COMMUNICATION STUDENTS.
