iRecruitment is basically known as internet recruitment

It is one of the module of oracle Application HRMS e-business suite

iRecruitment is a web-based recruitment solution that enables your enterprise to manage all recruitment activities using a single self-service interface and provides an easy-to-use interface for job seekers.

It is completely a web based module which has all the functionality of recruitment process for an organization.

It is similar to other Job Sites,But here you will have total control over the system and yes you need have to pay to job sites for recruitment activities.

It share it's database structure with core HR.So all candidates/Applicants information it stores it goes to Core Hr tables.

iRecruitment includes a separate homepage for each group of iRecruitment users: site visitors, registered users, managers, recruiters, and agency users.

The homepages outline the iRecruitment functions available for each user, and provide direct access to these functions.

iRecruitment supports the following types of users:

Site visitor: A user who accesses the external web site but does not create an account.

Registered user: A user who registers on your web site and provides a minimum amount of personal information.

When an external visitor registers in iRecruitment, iRecruitment creates an Oracle HRMS user with the e-mail address as the username.

Agency user: An external person who belongs to a recruiting agency and accesses iRecruitment to conduct recruiting activities such as creating candidates and applying on behalf of candidates. You assign the iRecruitment Agency responsibility to agency users to enable them to access iRecruitment.

You must assign the iRecruitment manager and iRecruitment recruiter responsibilities to your mangersor recruiters to enable them to access oracle iRecruitment Implementation and user guide iRecruitment using their standard self - service login.

iRecruitment integrates with Oracle HRMS to manage the entire workforce lifecycle.
