First stage enables creation of a new information source
Stage 2 enables sections selections with ability to add new sections (through specific page or list import)
Stage 3 gives shows what the export file will look like. Help instructions are available through PDF file
Import facility is also in 3 stages
Firstly, user browses file path.
Stage 2 is a quality control. It shows user if format is correct.
