This is a project that we hope will be monthly and for which we have the support of all who wish to participate more actively in it. We know we have a lot to improve upon, both in terms of content and graphics, and for that everyone help is welcomed. Physically, it is impossible we give prominence to all matters that we wanted, so we decided to opt for some more themes that touch us per-sonally. Ariel Sharon’s son says “flatten all of Gaza” Gilad Sharon, son of former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, wrote in the Jerusalem Post that Israel should “Flatten all of Gaza.” Sharon, whose father ordered a withdrawal from Gaza in 2005, called for the blockaded Palestinian region to be an-nihilated or re-occupied by Israeli troops. “There should be no electricity in Gaza, no gasoline or moving vehicles, nothing. Then they’d really call for a ceasefire,” he wrote. “We need to flatten entire neighbourhoods in Gaza. Flatten all of Gaza. The Americans didn’t stop with Hiroshima – the Japanese weren’t surrendering fast enough, so they hit Nagasaki, too.”

Colorado legalizes marijuana for recreational use “We won! We won!” supporters cried as the results were splashed across a giant screen. Voters approved an amendment legalizing recreational marijuana use in Colorado, making this one of two states to end prohibition of the drug but also raising new legal questions and setting up potential court battles over the measure's implementation. The historic result, projected by The Denver Post Tuesday night, drew raucous cheers and applause from the amendment's supporters, who gath-ered in hundreds at Casselman's in downtown Denver. “We won! We won!” supporters cried as the results were splashed across a giant screen. Amendment 64 led late Tuesday night with 53.3 per cent voting yes and 46.7 per cent voting no, with 1,863,535 votes or about 66 per cent of ac-tive voters counted, according to the Colorado Secretary of State's office.

“When I saw a father fleeing with his child in his arms and still getting hit by the police I realized that behind the visors there were people no more...” November 14, Portugal, Lisbon. One of the largest demonstrations ever held in Lisbon. A few days later, we found a magnificent text that we decided to disclose. The words were taken from facebook like they came to us. We decided not to change anything. After all .... was all said. WHAT WENT ON TODAY, FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF A PEACEFUL PROTESTER: Lest avenge the lies of Internal Administration have here my account of what really happened in front of the as-sembly Yes, it is true that about 20 to 30 people spent more than an hour to shoot firecrackers, rocks and bottles at police. For this reason, the other 99% of PEACEFUL CITIZENS kept a safe distance, not to be confused nor are they part of the action of some animals. At some point, people realized that something was happening. Too police move-ments in the Assembly too organized. Down here, in one side a group of plainclothes police quickly abandon the demonstration. Later, televisions would say that people were told to disperse. Here below, I can give you a certainty, no person with normal hearing heard a single warning. Police fired approximately 4-6 bangers and carried by the manifestation. As we all well apart, not peaceful citizens fled. But when I saw a father to flee with her son on her lap and still getting hit by the police, I realized that whoev-er was behind the visors were no people. We fled, but we try to be quicker, more people were able to be faster than the police. Fortunately not received car-go, unfortunately because behind me was a human shield to try to escape. Beside me, a man trying to flee with his wife of 50 years, who cried with a face full of blood. No, not this lady took the protesters with stones. This lady was here before. This lady took a nightstick. We ran to a back street where we thought we were all safe and show the police who did not want to be in confu-sion, we PEACEFUL CITIZENS. None of us won, as police chased people through the various streets around the Assembly, pressing all. What I got away was an open door of a building where I took refuge with 8 CITIZENS, including Lusa journalists. What was happening outside was amazing. An elderly lady who came home tried to en-ter his building but police yelled at him to come down the street. Just over 30 minutes later we got out and what impressed me most was the amount of blood that was walking by, well away from the Assembly. DO NOT BELIEVE IN LIES. WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO HAVE TARGETED CITIZENS FOR PEACEFUL flee-ing STREETS AWAY MORE THAN 200 METRES FROM THE ASSEMBLY. Even when he was "barricaded" in the building, even with the door closed had, for the first time, very afraid of the police. What I feel now is neither anger nor revolt. 14 Novembro, Portugal, Lisboa. Uma das maiores manifestações de sempre teve lugar em Lis-boa. Uns dias depois, encontrámos um texto magnífico que decidimos divulgar. As palavras foram retiradas do facebook tal e qual chegaram a nós. Achámos por bem não alterar nada. Afi-nal…. estava tudo dito. AQUILO QUE HOJE SE PASSOU, DO PONTO DE VISTA DE UM MANIFESTANTE PACÍFICO: Para que não vinguem as mentiras da Administração Internas aqui têm o meu relato do que realmente se passou em frente à assembleia Sim, é verdade que cerca de 20 a 30 pessoas passaram mais de uma hora a atirar petardos, pedras e garrafas à polí-cia. Por essa razão, os outros 99% de CIDADÃOS PACÍFICOS mantiveram a devida distância, para nem serem confundidos nem fazerem parte da acção de alguns animais. A certa altura, as pessoas perceberam que algo se esta-va a passar. Demasiadas movimentações de polícia na Assembleia demasiado organizadas. Cá em baixo, numa das laterais um grupo de polícia à paisana abandona rapidamente a manifestação. Mais tarde, as televisões diriam que as pessoas foram avisadas para dispersar. Cá de baixo, posso-vos dar uma certeza, nenhuma pessoa com uma audição normal ouviu um único aviso. A polícia disparou cerca de 4 a 6 petardos pela manifestação e carregou. Como estávamos todos bem afastados, os CIDADÃOS PACÍFICOS não fugiram. Mas quando vi um pai a fugir com o filho no colo e a levar bastonadas per-cebi que quem estava atrás das viseiras já não eram pessoas. Fugimos, mas por mais rápidos que tentássemos ser, eram pessoas a mais para conseguirem ser mais rápidas que a polícia. Felizmente não recebi carga, infelizmente porque atrás de mim tinha um escudo humano a tentar fugir. Ao meu lado, um senhor tentava fugir com a mulher de cerca de 50 anos, que chorava com a cara cheia de sangue. Não, esta senhora não levou com pedras dos manifestantes. Esta senhora estava cá atrás. Esta senhora levou com um cas-setete. Fugimos para uma rua afastada, onde pensávamos estar todos seguros e mostrar à polícia que não queríamos estar na confusão, nós os CIDADÃOS PACÍFICOS. Nada nos valeu, pois a polícia perseguiu as pessoas pelas várias ruas em redor da Assembleia, carregando em todos. O que me safou foi uma porta aberta de um prédio, onde me refugiei com mais 8 CIDADÃOS, incluindo jornalistas da Lusa. O que lá fora se passava era incrível. Uma senhora de idade que chegava a casa tentava entrar no seu prédio mas a polícia gritava-lhe para que descesse a rua. Só mais de 30 minutos depois conseguimos sair e o que mais me impressionou foi a quantidade de sangue que havia pelos passeios, bem longe da Assembleia. NÃO ACREDITEM EM MENTIRAS. ERA POSSÍVEL NÃO TER PERSEGUIDOS CIDADÃOS PACÍFICOS QUE FUGIAM POR RUAS AFASTADAS MAIS DE 200 METROS DA ASSEMBLEIA. Mesmo quando estava “barricado” no prédio, mesmo com a porta fechada tive, pela primeira vez, muito medo da polícia. O que sinto agora não é nem raiva, nem revolta. É um vergonha enorme e uma imensa e profunda TRISTEZA. É assim que se tira a vontade ao povo civilizado de se manifestar. " via João Varela

CAVACO SILVA, I take the liberty of addressing you, Through this medium (the FACEBOOK), as the Lord wishes to address me the same way. Exa., através deste meio (o FACEBOOK), uma vez que o Senhor toma a liberdade de se dirigir a mim da mesma forma. É, aliás, a única maneira que tem utilizado para conversar comigo (ou com qualquer dos outros Portugueses, quer tenham ou não, sido seus eleitores). Falando de eleitores, começo por recordar a V. Exa., que nunca votei em si, para nenhum dos cargos que o Senhor tem ocupa-do, praticamente de forma consecutiva, nos últimos 30 anos em Portugal (Ministro das Finanças, Primeiro Ministro, Primeiro Ministro, Primeiro Ministro, Presidente da República, Presidente da República). No entanto, apesar de nunca ter votado em si, reconheço que o Senhor: 1) Se candidatou de livre e espontânea vontade, não tendo sido para isso coagido de qualquer forma e foi eleito pela maioria dos eleitores que se dignaram a comparecer no acto eleitoral; 2) Tomou posse, uma vez mais, de livre vontade, numa cerimónia que foi PAGA POR MIM (e por todos os outros que AINDA TINHAM, nessa altura, a boa ventura de ter um emprego para pagar os seus impostos); 3) RESIDE NUMA CASA QUE É PAGA POR MIM (e por todos os outros que AINDA TÊM a boa ventura de ter um emprego para pagar os seus impostos); 4) TEM TODAS AS SUAS DESPESAS CORRENTES PAGAS POR MIM (e pelos mesmos); 5) TEM TRÊS REFORMAS CUMULATIVAS (duas suas e uma da Exma. Sra. D. Maria) que são PAGAS por um sistema previdencial que é alimentado POR MIM (e pelos mesmos); 6) Quando, finalmente, resolver retirar-se da vida política activa, vai ter uma QUARTA REFORMA (pomposamente designada por subvenção vitalícia) que será PAGA POR MIM (e por todos os outros que, nessa altura, AINDA TIVEREM a boa ventura de ter um emprego para pagar os seus impostos). Neste contexto, é uma verdade absoluta que o Senhor VIVE À MINHA CUSTA (bem como toda a sua família directa e indi-recta). Mais: TEM VIVIDO À MINHA CUSTA quase TODA A SUA VIDA. E, não me conteste já, lembrando que algures na sua vida profissional: a) Trabalhou para o Banco de Portugal; b) Deu aulas na Universidade. Ambos sabemos que NADA DISSO É VERDADE. BANCO DE PORTUGAL: O Senhor recebia o ordenado do Banco de Portugal, mas fugia de lá, invariavelmente com gripe, de cada vez que era preciso trabalhar. Principalmente, se bem se lembra (eu lembro-me bem), aquando das primeiras visitas do FMI no início dos anos 80, em que o Senhor se fingiu doente para que a sua imagem como futuro político não ficasse mancha-da pela associação ao processo de austeridade da época. Ainda hoje a Teresa não percebe como é que o pomposamente designado chefe do gabinete de estudos NUNCA esteve disponível para o FMI (ao longo de MUITOS meses. Grande gripe essa). Foi aliás esse movimento que lhe permitiu, CONTINUANDO A RECEBER UM ORDENADO PAGO POR MIM (e sem se dignar sequer a passar por lá), preparar o ataque palaciano à Liderança do PSD, que o levou com uma grande dose de intriga e traição aos seus, aos vários lugares que tem vindo a ocupar (GASTANDO O MEU DINHEIRO). AULAS NA UNIVERSIDADE: O Senhor recebia o ordenado da Universidade (PAGO POR MIM). Isso é verdade. Quanto ao ter sido Professor, a história, como sabe melhor que ninguém, está muito mal contada. O Senhor constava dos quadros da Uni-versidade, mas nunca por lá aparecia, excepto para RECEBER O ORDENADO, PAGO POR MIM. O escândalo era de tal for-ma que até o nosso comum conhecido JOÃO DE DEUS PINHEIRO, como Reitor, já não tinha qualquer hipótese de tapar as suas TRAPALHADAS. É verdade que o Senhor depois o acabou por o presentear com um lugar de Ministro dos Negócios Es-trangeiros, para o qual o João tinha imensa apetência, mas nenhuma competência ou preparação. Fica assim claro que o Senhor, de facto, NUNCA trabalhou, poucas vezes se dignou a aparecer nos locais onde recebia o OR-DENADO PAGO POR MIM e devotou toda a vida à sua causa pessoal: triunfar na política. Mas, fica também claro, que o Senhor AINDA VIVE À MINHA CUSTA e, mais ainda, vai, para sempre, CONTINUAR A VIVER À MINHA CUSTA. Sou, assim, sua ENTIDADE PATRONAL. Neste contexto, eu e todos os outros que O SUSTENTÁMOS TODA A VIDA, temos o direito de o chamar à responsabilidade: a) Se não é capaz de mais nada de relevante, então: DEMITA-SE e desapareça; b) Se se sente capaz de fazer alguma coisa, então: DEMITA O GOVERNO; c) Se tiver uma réstia de vergonha na cara, então: DEMITA O GOVERNO e, a seguir, DEMITA-SE. “The best solution is do nothing like before” The conversation flowed smoothly. Fer Antonio Pei, one of the most active voices against the government in Portu-gal, began by commenting on the events of November 14, in front of Parliament, in Lisbon. "These disorders occur when a person is powerless to do anything else!", Stated first. “A melhor solução é não fazer mais nada da mesma maneira” A conversa fluíu com normalidade. Fer Antonio Pei, uma das vozes mais activas contra o Governo em Portugal, começou por comentar os acontecimentos de dia 14 de Novembro, em frente à Assembleia da República, em Lis-boa. “Esses distúrbios acontecem quando se é impotente para fazer outra coisa!”, começou por afirmar. “Ninguém foi para lá para atirar pedras, no entanto, em consequência das circunstâncias e do próprio clima criado, vimos isso. O resultado não pareceu nada bonito! Eu não estava lá, e nem sei como isso aconteceu, mas sei que é mais um dos custos de tudo”, completou. “A situação actual? Isso é difícil de explicar (o que vejo) com as palavras que conheço. A situação é aquela que todos sempre souberam, para que foram todos alertados. Basta procurar por publicações anteriores a 2000 e já muita gente alertava para o que acabou por acontecer. Os políticos continuam a ignorar as vozes que falavam e ag-ora, a única grande duvida, é se atingimos o ponto sem retorno”, comentou. “Ninguém fala sobre isto mas temos sempre vivido de dinheiro do exterior, de fundos de ajuda, e numa altura em que já devíamos ser contribuintes líquidos, ainda somos dependentes. Estamos num período de excepção e é fácil acreditar, que nem nos vamos conseguir manter no Euro e na UE. Estranho, é também, todos os políticos saberem disso e continuarem a fazer que somos um estado rico, e a proceder como se isso não fosse um problema também deles”, disse. “Por isso, sabemos que qualquer solução que alguém implemente, vai sempre doer a alguém”. Sobre soluções prácticas, “isso, é que ninguém tem! Soluções ainda não há! A melhor, é não fazer mais nada da mesma maneira e, quando fizerem alguma coisa, respeitarem princípios de proporcionalidade, o que quem tem poder, não faz. Depois atribuem a eles próprios direitos e desprezam as obrigações. Estes procedimentos são exten-síveis a todo o universo controlado pelos políticos, que adqueriram o direito de mexer os cordelinhos do estado. As nomeações, os cargos, e isso tudo que conhecemos, têem custos cada vez que um partido ganha eleições. Depois, em vez de um governo... é um assalto! E todos vão tendo a oportunidade para roubar! A única solução que pode trazer luz, soluções, reformas, será ouvirem as pessoas. Isso, será libertar a democracia que foi sequestrada por cor-porações de interesses, tanto políticos como económicos e sociais”, relembrou. “Empresas abençoadas podem roubar Estado” Sem se deter, o nosso entrevistado relembrou ainda da importância dos politicos “ouvirem as pessoas e liberarem a democracia. Instituir regras, principalmente, de transparência e defesa dos direitos individuais das pessoas. Estes (políticos) esqueceram as pessoas e governaram para corporações, e olhem o que deu?? Até as leis foram feitas pe-los nossos representantes, para privilegiar as grandes coorporações, basta ver um conflito entre uma empresa e uma pessoa. O cidadão está logo em desvantagem mesmo tendo razão. Então se forem aquelas empresas abençoadas, podem roubar o próprio Estado. Imaginem o que podem fazer com uma pessoa!!” Para finalizar, e como não podia deixar de ser, o nosso amigo deixou uma mensagem aos Humans United: “O que tenho, a dizer é que me congratulo. A verdade não pode ser escondida e é para se dizer. Só tenho que felici-tar o bom trabalho e acção cívica dos Humans United”, finalizou. Da nossa parte, muito obrigado. Hotel Praia Azul (3/4 December) Craft Fair aims foster and promote space the artisans of the region The Azul Beach Hotel will under-take a Craft Fair, 3rd and 4th De-cember. With objective to boost the space and promoting craftsmen of the region, this initiative will take place from 11.00 to 17.00 in a space adjacent to the hotel, which feature private parking, free toilets, and how could it not be, a fantastic view over the sea. The organization is intention to re-peat this initiative in future monthly.

Pegar numa forma redonda, untá-la e colocar papel vegetal e também untá-lo e polvilhar de farinha. Deitar o preparado na forma e colocar no forno; pré-aquecido. Tempo de cozedura mais ou menos 12 minutos, para ficar com molho no meio. Também pode deixar cozer mais tempo e fica sem ló. Experimente e vai adorar. Bom apetite!
