Light in the food area – dominance of invisible values

Food makes high demands on optimum scene setting with light. Lighting design in the food area, from discounters to delicatessen shops requires high profession-alism and sophisticated know-how. The presentation of food is always an area of invisible values. Compliance with standards, energy savings effects, and excellent lighting qualities are only to be achieved and optimised by means of constant innovation. Light can bring about positive emphasising of the quality of products and underline their authenticity. This quality is in line with the needs of many customers in a world which is increasingly perceived as being too artificial. A further approach from the invisible values of high-quality lighting is of an eco-nomic nature: luminaires with innovative lamps and a high luminous efficiency reduce the numbers of units and thus the capital expenditure. Ansorg has been dealing with such optimisa-tion and problem areas for decades and is constantly optimising, specialising and focussing its products.

1 Ansorg – wide range of products for all the requirements of the food trade.Good lighting is not a question of the average value. Good lighting is the result of a well thought-out product selection.

We respond to the complex requirements of the worlds of experience which our customers are creating at increasingly short intervals with a compatible range of luminaires. Different structural shapes and lighting techniques within a family of luminaires and interchangeable reflectors with differentiated beam characteristics make a large range of combinations possible. Every area of the range, every product is individually put into a setting. With luminaires from the standard range or special luminaires developed in-house. Light becomes the effective instrument of corporate design and sets our customers apart from their competitors.

2 Ansorg – optimised procurement and operating costs by means of innovative lighting techniques.Good lighting is a question of economic efficiency.

Ansorg supports that with innovative lamp technology. We give preference to the use of high-pressure metal halide lamps. Variable, due to a large variety of light colours. Authentic, in their excellent and natural colour rendition. Combined with special mood filters which highlight and emphasise the freshness and quality of meat and sausage, of fruit and vegetables, of cheese, bread and confectionery. Profitable due to a high luminous efficiency because fewer luminaires have to be used for the desired luminous power. Efficient in the use of energy and advantageous as far as costs are concerned, due to a lower connected load and reduced electricity costs. With reduced heat development. And economical as regards maintenance costs.

3 Ansorg – competitive price level by means of worldwide procurement and supply chain management.Good lighting is a question of the right quotient. Between your costs and the defined performance of our products.

The declared goal is to always achieve an optimum price / performance ratio for the customer. With a differenti- ated and technically sophisticated product range. With a design which is functional and is measured by its long life. With a comprehensive range of qualified services. Closeness to our customers and economy complete the basis. Worldwide orientated procurement and logistic strategies create added value in advance. Added value which our customers demand from us and which we are pleased to pass on to them. This and the feeling for the individuality of our customers and their ideas about light characterise our task. And that has been the case for the last 50 years.

4 Ansorg – lighting design for successful sales concepts.Good lighting needs new stimuli and far-sighted-ness.

Our experience in many retail trade sectors provides us with a synergetic view of things. The transfer of solutions from one sector to another opens up this potential for our customers from food retailing. Put across in exact lighting design. The detailed analysis of all influencing variables is indispensable. It covers a project in its complexity. Large or small. Food or non-food. The exact presentation of a range demands understanding. For the room and its architecture. For the range and its own presentation. And not least for the consumer with the desire to feel good. Those are the basics. Implemented at the Lighting Design Centre where interior designers interpret more than the technical side of a project. As to success, that is decided on by the supporting and personal dialogue with all those responsible. From the first contact up to acceptance of the project we see ourselves as partners. Obliged to provide our clients with certainty and reliability during the planning process, to keep to budget stipulations. In that way success becomes more plannable, just like good lighting.

5 Ansorg – consistent commitment to quality.Good lighting requires unusually high quality.

Quality management has been a special obligation for us for many years. For our customers it is the basis, to be taken for granted, of a trusting partnership. Systematised processes for quality optimisation, integrated into a super-ordinated management system are a prerequisite for quality assurance. In all the areas of our company. For national and international partners such action is also indispensable for co-operation. It ensures that our customers have a decisive lead. National and international certification illustrate for the outside world what we understand by the culture of quality in our company.
