Step 2: Submit Planning Services Completion Report
Partners must submit required deliverables for the engagement using the
Planning Services Completion Report.
*Required deliverables are defined as the output or result of the deployment engagement
with the customer (detailed in the Terms and Conditions for your service type). Partners
will be required to use a Live ID to open the form.
Important Note: After successful submission, the Planning Services Completion
Report will need to be saved locally to be uploaded in the next step.

Step 3: Upload Planning Services Completion Report to VVR Tool
Partners must upload the saved Planning Services Completion Report into the VVR Tool.
The required customer deliverable(s) for the engagement must be attached within the
Planning Services Completion Report (see Part 6)
*Microsoft will review these deliverables for proof of a unique engagement per customer
and for adherence to the Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide unique deliverables will
impact the partner's future participation in the program.
The partner redeems the voucher at the end of the engagement by submitting the
required deliverables through the VVR Tool, notifying Microsoft that the services
associated with that voucher have been delivered to the customer.
