This apartment is on the first floor and is not easily accessible to people with mobility disabilities. Off site accommodation can be made available for people with mobility disabilities (funding may need to be applied for). The kitchen/laundry, which is further down the corridor, is a shared area. The shared facilities include a microwave, fridge, washing machine, electric stove, dishwasher and dryer. The Artist in Residence will be notified if any organisation wishes to use the facility at a certain time. The Access Studio will also be made available to Artists in Residence, allowing for any other public programs or exhibitions already scheduled. A small goods lift is available to assist in the movement of heavy equipment and/ or materials between the gallery levels.

The Resident has access to a telephone in the Access Studio that 000 can be called from.
CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCY
The Artist in Residence must sign for the keys upon arrival at BRAG for the residency.
The Artist in Residence must arrive and depart during BRAG normal operating hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Artist in Residence must participate in a site and safety induction with a Gallery sta� member.
The Artist in Residence must hand the keys back to a sta� member and sign in the keys before moving out of the apartment or notify sta� that the keys will be left in the out of hours drop o�.
No pets allowed under any circumstances.
No smoking is allowed in BRAG under any circumstances.
No additional guests unless agreed in advance with the Manager of Cultural Activities. The maximum allowable capacity in this apartment for safety reasons is four (4). One double bed and an extra double bed mattress are available.

CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCY CONTINUED
The Artist in Residence will not undertake any activities using chemicals or potentially dangerous equipment without gaining permission from the Manager of Cultural Activities. A risk assessment may need to be conducted �rst.
Artists in Residence will not make contact with the media or community about the project without the prior consent of the Manager of Cultural Activities and BRAG’s Marketing O�cer.
Any promotional material that relates to the current residency must be approved by the Manager of Cultural Activities and the Marketing O�cer prior to release.
The Artist in Residence will sign in and out each time they enter and leave the building during the period of the residency. A sign in/out book is in the Access Studio. This is in case of emergencies and indicates whether or not the Artist in Residence is on site, the location of the book will be shown to the AIR upon arrival.
The Artist in Residence will leave the apartment in the same condition it was in when they moved in. Any broken/ removed items will be expected to be paid for (new for old replacement).
The Artist in Residence is permitted to utilise the sta� car park however BRAG and Bundaberg Regional Council will not be held liable for any damage.
The Bundaberg Regional Art Gallery will provide the following �nancial support:

The Bundaberg Regional Art Gallery must receive recognition for their in-kind contribution to this project at anytime in the future that the products of the residency are displayed or promoted by the Artist. This must include:
