We have now entered phase three of this initiative; training of all staff across campus! Staff at all levels should consult with their supervisors to best coordinate required attendance at this training. There are currently 8 remaining dates available for this training. Details can be found on the enclosed flyer and on the Camden HR Calendar. If you are unsure if you will be required to attend this training, you should direct your initial question to your manager. SHBP Open Enrollment for 2017 The State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) Open Enrollment period takes place annually in the month of October and allows employees to make changes to their medical, prescription and dental insurance as well as electing enrollment in tax savings programs. These changes are effective January 1, 2017. Please note that the deadline for all enrollment forms to be submitted is October 31, 2016. You will find detailed information on resources available to make changes for 2017 on the following pages. Questions or concerns can be directed to Roxanne Huertas in Camden Human Resources. Don’t forget to join us for the annual Faculty and Staff Benefits Fair on October 13 th . BULLETIN BOARD What is the Shared Services Center? The Rutgers Camden Shared Services Center (SSC) supports the select administrative units by providing transactional services for procurement and payroll processing. Centrally locating these services with the SSC allows for more effective and efficient processing and expedient resolution of issues. The SSC currently supports the following administrative units: the Chancellor’s Office, Enrollment Management, Undergraduate Success, Student Affairs, and Civic Engagement.
